Regulations of the Squash4You Club

General Rules:

1. These Regulations apply to the terms and conditions for the use of the services of the Squash4You Club in Kraków.
2. Admission to the Club is possible only after you familarize yourself with the Regulations and undertake to observe their stipulations.
3. Children under the age of 12 may stay within the Club’s premises only under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or adult guardians who are the Club’s customers. Children are obliged to observe all rules which apply to adult customers of the Club.
4. Persons under the age of 18 may use the courts with the written consent of their guardian.
5. The Club’s services may only be used by people who do not have any health counter-indications.
6. It is forbidden within the Club’s premises to:
a) bring and drink alcoholic beverages
b) smoke tobacco in any form
c) bring and use steroids, narcotics or to enter the Club in a condition under their influence
d) bring animals
e) engage in trade and commission sales
f) place or leave advertising materials
g) bring drinks in glass or open containers.
7. The Club is open Monday to Friday between 7.00 and 24.00 hours and on Saturdays and Sundays between 8.00 and 22.00 hours. You may use the Club 15 minutes before it is open and are required to leave at the latest 30 minutes after the closing of the facility.
8. A multiple-entry or a single ticket entails the right to get the key to a locker for the duration of the stay in the Club. After the service has been used, the key should be returned to the Club’s reception. The charge payable to the Club for losing or damaging a key is key is PLN 40.
9. You shall be held fully financially liable for causing damage to the Club’s property through their action or neglect.
10. The Club’s equipment and facilities shall be used as intended and directed by the coach or another member of the Club’s staff. The Club shall not be liable for any damage to the health of people using the Club’s facilities and classes.
11. The Club shall not be liable for the loss or damage to your property which has been left unattended.
12. You are obliged to keep their belongings in lockers made available for the duration of your stay at the Club.
13. The Club reserves the right to suspend its classes and services on dates due to technical or other materials reasons of which you shall be notified separately.
14. The Club reserves the right to make changes to these Regulations.
15. In the event of a failure to observe the Club’s Regulations or rules of order, the Club shall have the right to remove you from its list without right to refund of the money paid for the Club’s services.
16. In unspecified matters, decisions shall be made by the Manager of Squash4You.
17. You have the right to appeal in writing against the decision with the Owners of Squash4You.
 
Regulations for the booking and use of the squash courts.

1. Squash courts shall be rented per hour which means the possibility of using them for 60 minutes, counted from a full 60-minute hour.
2. It shall be allowed to extend a game by a maximum of 10 minutes only when and where a vacant court is available. Extension of the specific time period shall be regarded as renting the court for another hour and paying for it as per the applicable pricelist.
3. The basis for using the courts shall be the booking payment before entering the court. Booking payments can be made on-line by credit card or transfer, and directly at the Club’s Reception, in cash or by credit card.
4. Squash courts can be used only by customers with indoor sports shoes, with rubber soles, leaving no traces, and which are often labelled. Where the appropriate shoes are not being used, the Club’s staff have the right to deny access without refund of the payment of the fee for court previously paid for or booked.
5. Rules for booking courts:
a) Booking can be made on-line, by telephone or directly at the Reception,
b) Transactions made through the on-line booking system by credit card are settled via the DotPay Settlement Centre,
c) Bookings which are cancelled giving 24 hrs notice or more will be subject to no charge and pre-payments will be refunded or credited to you. Where less than 24 hrs notice is given, repayment or credit will be given only if the pre-booked time has been re-sold. All cancelled appointments will be re-advertised on the on-time booking schedule.
c) Untimely cancellation of a court or failure to appear at the booked time obliges you to make the full payment for the rent of the court.
6. By opening their accounts at Squash4You, you express you consent to the collection, processing and use by Squash4You s.c. Rafał Chart and Maciej Maciantowicz of you particulars, now and in future, in accordance with Polish law, in particular the Law on the Protection of Personal Data. You shall have the right to access your particulars and correct or remove the same. The administrator of personal data is: Squash4You s.c. Rafał Chart and Maciej Maciantowicz , 31-408 Kraków, ul. Pocieszka 3.
7. Multiple-entry tickets to use courts shall be specified people by name, and may not be used by other persons. They shall be valid for 6 months, and a pre-paid multiple-entry ticket shall not be returnable or exchangeable.
8. Courts may be used after you familiarize yourself with the rules of the game indicated by the coach or another member of the Club’s staff.
9. Sports equipment: rackets, balls and eyewear are available for rent at the Club.
10. A warm-up is recommended before starting a game.
11. For safety reasons, it is recommended to play in eyewear.
12. The Club shall not be liable for injuries resulting from a game, or failure to observe the safety rules.
